Who we are

Converso makes multilingual events possible worldwide. We provide interpretation, simultaneous translation, streaming and language accessibility for conferences, summits, hybrid and digital events. Our technical team designs and manages the platforms that make it all work — in real time, every day.

How we work

We are a small, direct team with no bureaucracy. We trust the people we work with and expect autonomy and responsibility. We use modern tools, move fast, and every person has a real impact on the product.

Our relationship with AI

AI for us is a tool, not a replacement. We use it every day to speed up development, analyse problems and prototype solutions. We expect you to know (or want to learn) how to use it as a multiplier for your work — not as a shortcut.
