Interpretation services for events

Interpretation enables event participants to follow content in their own language, in real time. Converso provides this service as part of an integrated technical ecosystem: interpreters, infrastructure, audio distribution and monitoring.

Types of interpretation

Simultaneous interpretation

The interpreter translates in real time while the speaker talks. The audience receives the translation in audio, without interruption. This is the most common mode for conferences, congresses and multilingual events.

Consecutive interpretation

The speaker pauses at regular intervals and the interpreter translates what was said. It is used in smaller settings: negotiations, guided tours, bilateral meetings.

Simultaneous interpretation can be managed with human interpreters, with AI support, or in hybrid mode. The choice depends on the context, languages and event budget.

Conference interpreters

Converso manages professional conference interpreters, selected based on:
